It appears that actress Lindsay Lohan will be heading back to jail for swiping a necklace from a jewelry store. The judge watching over her case has made it clear to Lohan that even with a plea deal she will be spending some time in the slammer, bad news for Lohan who has a history of flipping out when she is behind bars.
Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz made it very clear to Lohan that he was not going to go easy on her just because of who she is. “I treat everybody the same,” he told her at a hearing in Los Angeles. “I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan vs. John Doe or Jane Doe. That doesn’t affect me.” He added: “If you plead in front of me, if this case is resolved in front of me, you are going to go to jail. Period,” he said.
