Apple is taking it on the chin as of late thanks to the growing popularity of Android phones. They are not sitting back and just taking it however as rumors indicate that they are working on smaller cheaper iPhones to rival their competitors.
According to sources, Apple already have a prototype version of a scaled down version of their iPhone, which has a smaller screen than its brothers and sisters, and comes without a home button. No information on rate plans and the cost of the phone have been announced but we can only guess that they would be lower than what they are currently.
