For dog lovers you should know that the Westminster Dog Show kicks off tonight. More than 25,000 purebred dogs will be participating in the competition in an array of different categories based on their size and breed profile.
There are numerous categories that dogs compete in, including: sporting, non-sporting, toy and terrier. “These may be champion dogs, but they’re still dogs. They’re pets, they’re members of families,” says David Frei, who will narrate the program for the 22nd time. Check out the 135th annual competition beginning tonight at 8 p.m. on USA.
