An 86 year old woman from Florida is a million dollars richer just because she used her Discover card. Lillian Pariseault used her Discover card to pay for an oil change for her car and in doing so was the winner of the Everyday Giveaway sweepstakes.
She was presented today with a cheque for a million bucks after taking a limo ride to Haller’s Automotive where she swiped her card. Her discover card is the only credit card she owns, and she has had it for more than 20 years. “I don’t know what to say, except I am thrilled, I am surprised, and I don’t know how I deserved it,” Pariseault said.
