Farrah Fawcett’s Bathing Suit Donated To Smithsonian

A red bathing suit as well as some other famous items worn by the late Farrah Fawcett have been donated to the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. The bathing suit in question was the focal point of a 1976 graphic featuring Fawcett, selling more than 12 million copies.

Fawcett lost her life back in 2009 after a lengthy battle with colon cancer that was actually documented and made into a made for TV piece. The items being donated will be part of the popular culture history collections display at the museum.
