It is being reported that David Nelson, known for his role on “The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet,” has died at the age of 74. He was the remaining surviving member of the acting cast and died in Los Angeles from complications of colon cancer.
On the popular sitcom David played the role of the fictionalized version of himself as the eldest son in the Nelson family for the entire length of the program which ran on ABC from 1952 to 1966. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne, four sons, a daughter and several grandchildren.
