With today being New Year’s day, that means only one thing to thousands of football fans, the Rose Bowl. The teams to vy for this year’s title are the Wisconsin Badgers and the TCU Horned Frogs who are putting their undefeated season on the line.
Traditionally, non BCS teams are viewed as being not on the same level as those from the big schools, thus a win today for TCU would go a very, very long way to cementing them as one of the better football programs in America, despite their status. They do have one of the better quarterbacks in the country in Andy Dalton and are eager to show that they deserve to be playing on New Year’s Day.
