The ball dropping to bring in the new year was one major event that took place last night, the other of significance was the mega millions draw that had a jackpot of 200 million dollars. The winning numbers from last night were 10, 12, 13, 35, 56 and 09 (mega number).
Nobody won the jackpot last night, which means that for the next draw, it will climb to a whopping 290 million dollars. It was not all bad news however as 21 people matched five of the six numbers, winning a cool 250,000 bucks each. Oh to be so close but so far away. The next draw will be held on Tuesday January fourth.
