The thousands of Americans who received an iPhone, or an iPod Touch for Christmas will have a bit of trouble downloading their favorite apps as the iTunes store currently has a bug. This could not have happened at a worse time for Apple, as making a good impression is key on first time iPhone owners if the company hopes to prosper from them in the future.
The bug in question can be discovered by clicking Download All Free Updates from the My App Updates screen, which gives you the message: “The information on this page is outdated. In actual fact the updates offered are not outdated, and by simply clicking the OK button and re-selecting Download All Free Updates, the correct ones are shown and downloaded.
