(ChatterShmatter) – It is being reported that former Melrose Place actress Amy Locane has been hit with an indictment for her role in a fatal car crash that took place in New Jersey. The 39 year old actress, who played Sandy Louise Harling on the first season of the show was charged with aggravated manslaughter and assault by auto stemming from an accident back on June 27.
At the time of the accident, the actress had been drinking and when driving home, she ran into a Mercury Milan driven by Fred Seeman who was turning into his driveway. His wife, also in the car was killed.
Locane has been freed on $50,000 bail and her next court date has not yet been made available.
