Streak Ends For Favre At 297 Games

The famous streak of 297 straight game starts came to an end for quarterback Brett Favre last night as his Vikings took on the Giants at Ford Field in Detroit.

Favre has not missed a game since 1992, and last night in a game that was not featured on National television due to prior obligations history was made.

Throughout the 297 game streak Favre was sacked 524 times, threw hundreds of touchdown passes and sent multiple racy texts to a former Jets sideline reporter.

Now that the streak is over, we look way down to the next NFL quarterback who has a streak of their own going and find Colts QB Peyton Manning with 205 straight starts.

Favre’s very own website is already cashing in on his longevity as they have begun selling special footballs to commemorate his streak of 297 straight starts.
