Lady Gaga emortalized in eight wax statues

Pop singer Lady Gaga has a lot of things to be thankful for these days, eight of them to be exact.

She has been emortalized in eight wax figureens unveiled by Madame Tussauds waxwork museums around the world, all of whom dressed in different outfits to symbolize Gaga’s unique personality.

Not everybody gets wax statues made featuring themselves, so this is big news indeed for the Poker Face singer.

The eight pieces of art cost the museum more than $2.4 million, which they hope to gain back through tourists all wanting a glimpse of the Lady in all her glory.

“Each of the figures is styled differently and each of the launches has been a surprise outfit,” said Madame Tussauds sculptor Stephen Mansfield in London.

The London figure features Gaga wearing a Giorgio Armani suit with Rococo coifed hair and a Philip Treacy hat.

“It’s a nice little bit of fun and it adds to the hoopla around the whole Lady Gaga figure.”
