Country singer Willie Nelson may end up in jail following his latest arrest for possession of marijuana.
The incident went down last Friday when his tour bus pulled into a border patrol checkpoint in the state of Texas.
Upon opening the door to the vehicle, officers smelled pot and upon searching the vehicle they located six ounces of weed.
Nelson admitted that it was his and was taken into custody but was released on $2500 bond.
Because this is not the first arrest dealing with pot for the 77 year old, he could be facing a stint in the big house.
Does anybody really care that Nelson was smoking a joint on his own tour bus?
