A tragedy during the Chicago Bears, Philadelphia Eagles football game has cost a man his life.
The man, who was identified as Stewart Haverty, fell from an approximate 40 foot ledge, landing on a roof outside the stadium.
According to witnesses who took in the incident, the man, who appeared to be in his early 20′s simply ran to the edge of the ledge and jumped.
Haverty was rushed to Northwestern Memorial Hospital but succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 5:24 p.m.
An autopsy will be performed on Haverty this morning.
