America’s Got Talent pint sized contestant Jackie Evancho has set a Billboard record by debuting at number two on the album chart.
Ironically the little girl did not even win the American talent competition but her professional career is off to a great start.
“O Holy Night” sold more than 239,000 copies this past week setting a record for the kid as she is the youngest, at 10 to debut as high on the covetted US music chart.
The only artist to sell more albums than Evancho this week is Susan Boyle, who sold more than 250,000 copies.
Something tells me that Evancho will be getting whatever she wants for Christmas this year.
