Nich Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have been dating now for quite some time, over 4-years to be exact, and it has now been confirmed that they are ready to take the next step, marriage.
The two put out a statement today stating that they are very happy about the engagement.
This will be the second marriage for Nich Lachey, who was previously in a high-profile marriage with pop star Jessica Simpson.
Nich Lachey and Jessica Simpson were featured on a hit MTV reality show but soon after the show went off the air, the two got a divorce.
Vanessa Minnillo, for those who do not know, used to work on-the-air for MTV and has appeared in a few TV spots.
This is great news for the two of them who appear to be the definition of Hollywood love.
