Hollywood (ChatterShmatter) – Lindsay Lohan is apparently suffering from a disease according to her newly hired lawyer, as she awaits her jail term.
Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90-days in jail this week for failing to follow the rules of her probation sentence.
Following her stint of 90-days in jail, she will then have to spend 90-days in rehab.
The hope is that by the end of this whole process, Lindsay Lohan will be free and clean and ready to make a comeback that would be the true Hollywood ending considering the troubles she has gone through over the past few years.
Lindsay Lohan has hired a new lawyer to represent her, Robert Shapiro, who released a statement to E! News stating that Lindsay Lohan actually suffers from what he would call a disease.
The starlet has been very quiet since she received her jail sentence, as she has even laid off of her Twitter account lately in terms of keeping the world updated on what she is feeling.
Lindsay Lohan has made it pretty clear though that the most reliable way to keep up with her will be through reliable news outlets.

The lawyer has made it clear that he will only represent Lohan if she follows court orders.
