Hollywood (ChatterShmatter) – Madonna is set to appear in a court in Malawi on Friday to continue her fight to be able to adopt another child from the country.
Justice Esme Chombo is going to have to come to a decision when Madonna gets into the court room on Friday.
The decision is going to pertain to whether or not Madonna is going to be allowed to take a child out of the country.
The child in question is 3-year old Mercy James, whom the singer has been trying to adopt.
The fear all along was that due to the fact that Madonna is now split up from her husband, she would not have as good of a chance to get the child.
That does not appear to be the case though as that should not weigh in on the decision at all.
The young toddler, Mercy James, has no mother as she passed away a few years ago.
