Hollywood (ChatterShmatter) – Zac Efron is apparently getting pretty sick of singing and dancing as he has pulled out of the remake of the hit 1980s film, Footloose.
Footloose released in 1984 and is still today a huge hit as it is a film that is loved by a great many.
Zac Efron was set to star in the remake of this huge success, taking on the role made famous by Kevin Bacon in the original.
There is no word as of yet as to exactly why Zac Efron decided to pull out.
Many believe though that he may have just been sick of doing movies that include singing and dancing, such as High School Musical.
Don’t forget, he also took part in the musical Hairspray as well.
The new Footloose is still on track to release in 2010, but there is no word as to who will take his place.
