Michael Jackson is turning 50 years old today, but is not planning any big party
Pop icon Michael Jackson is celebrating his 50th birthday today, but is reportedly not having any form of celebration.
He spoke via the telephone with “Good Morning America” this morning and stated that he is not having any big party, but will be “just have a little cake with my children and watch come cartoons.”
Michael Jackson will be forever known as the King of Pop, racking up 13 Grammy awards and 13 number one singles throughout his lengthy music career which began when he was just a wee lad.
He owns the distinction of creating the best selling music album of all time, entitled Thriller.
He released his first song as part of The Jackson 5 in 1969, which shot to the top of the charts. He was only 11.
