James Spears’ conservatorship over his daughter Britney’s estate has been extended until the end of the year by the Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner.
He took over her affairs early this year when Spears was checked into a mental hospital after suffering a nervous breakdown.
Since then however, Spears has gotten her life back on track, recently agreeing to a custody settlement with her ex regarding the couple’s 2 children, and staying out of trouble, most of the time.
In the custody settlement recently agreed upon, K-Fed was awarded custody of the children and Britney must pay him 20 grand a month in child support.
Britney was also granted visitation rights with her kids, including 2 overnight visits a week.
