Sipranos Clothes Sell Big At Charity Auction

At a charity auction held at Christie's in New York some clothes and props from the famous television show, The Sopranos have solde for more than $187,000.
At a charity auction held at Christie’s in New York some clothes and props from the famous television show, The Sopranos have solde for more than $187,000.

The clothes in question were worn for the show by mob boss Tony Siprano, and include a bloody outfit worn when he was shot by Junior, his striped bath robe, a blue shirt amongst others.

In total, 25 outfits were sold at the auction.

The auction was held to raise money for wounded US war vets, and featured Tony, AKA Gandolfini himself who was in attendance.

The auction also featured clothes worn by other cast members, including Junior Soprano, Paulie Walnuts and A.J. Soprano.

Gandolfini played Tony for 6 years of episodes, spanning just over 8 years.
