Rapper Kanye West who was booed by fans after appearing in concert 2 hours late is firing back at organizers of the Bonnaroo Festival.
After what happened, it is pretty safe to say that he will never play there again.
Fans were waiting 2 hours for his show to begin, eventually waiting until 4 in the morning before he came on stage.
The show was supposed to begin at 8:15 on June 15th but the rapper had requested that it be put later in the evening so it would be dark.
The delay was caused by the need to set up West’s stage set, which in itself was delayed due to other bands playing longer than their scheduled timeframe.
Fans were quite mad when they kept receiving messages that stated that the West show was being further delayed, and some even started a “Kanye
sucks” chant.
“This Bonnaroo thing is the worst insult I’ve ever had in my life,” West wrote. “This is the most offended I’ve ever been … this is the maddest I ever will be.”
