The Long Island home at the center of a law suit against rapper 50 cent has been burned to the ground.

50 Cent’s former girlfriend, Shaniqua Tompkins had sued the rapper, real name Curtis Jackson because he had ordered her to move out of the home that she was living in with their 10 year old son and another child of hers.

Upon putting out the fire and beginning their preliminary investigation, fire investigators suspect Arson.

In total, 6 people were taken to hospital with smoke inhalation.

“Informed this morning while filming a new motion picture on location in Louisiana, Curtis Jackson expressed deep concern over this fire at his property,” stated a spokesman for the rapper. “He is extremely thankful that everyone including his son, Marquis, escaped the burning house safely. He is confident that authorities will be conducting a thorough investigation of the incident and is eager to review their findings.”

The home is now gutted. 50 baught it last year for more than 2 million dollars.
