Country star Chris Cagle and his girlfriend have been arrested by police on charges of domestic assault in Nashville.
According to reports, the two got into it after getting drunk in a bar resulting in Jennifer Tant, Cagle’s girlfriend hitting him over the head with an umbrella and him hitting her with her own purse.
Fortunately both are cooling off in jail and each will have to post $1500 bond to be released.
Cagle is no stranger to the law, after being arrested last year in Arizona for punching the boyfriend of an autograph seeker at a benefit concert.
Cagle, is scheduled to perform Friday at the Ocala, Fla., Midnight Rodeo.
