Fans of legendary Billy Joel were treated to the first of a few concerts the rocker is performing at the Mohegan Sun resort and casino.

For a man who retired from recording music back in 1993, the 59 year old shoed this weekend that he still has the pipes and the musical skill to please a roudy crowd.
He is playing 10 shows between now and July 5, and if the first show is any indicator as to how he will be received, he has nothing to worry about.
He opened his show with an upbeat rendition of “Angry Young Man,” to the roaring crowd, and continued to woo the crowd with classics throughout his 2-hour set.
Other favorites performed by Jole included Allentown, Zanzibar, Movin’ Out and more.
