The one and only Kathie Lee Gifford has signed on with NBC to co-host the 4th hour of the network’s Today show.

She will be hosting with co-anchor Hoda Kotb and the show will be aired at 10:00 in the AM.

“I’m eight years older, 10 pounds heavier, a half-inch shorter, and just in time for HD television,” joked Gifford, 54.

Long married to former NFL star and sports announcer Frank Gifford, she joked, “It’s going to be good to be working. I’m really tired of staying home and watching Frank’s old highlight films.”

Gifford was the former TV partner of the one and only Regis Philbin, and was replaced a number of years ago by Kelly Ripa.

This will be her third stint on a morning show, after hosting Good Morning America, then working with Regis.
