It is being reported that popstress Christina Aguilera gave birth to her baby whilst in full makeup.
A source close to Christina and husband Jordan Bratman tells Star mag: “Her water broke on Friday [Jan. 11] and she started having contractions. But then they stopped, so she was given a dose of Pitocin, which is supposed to increase the strength of contractions.
“But Christina never dilated beyond four centimeters.”
Aguilera spent a total of 24 hours in labour, at which time a C-section was performed.
Although the Dirrty singer was initially against delivering her baby by C-section, the source claims, “She really wasn’t left with an option.”
Little Max Liron was welcomed into the world on January 12.
