Grammy Award winner Natalie Cole has been hospitalized in New York due to complications with her having hepatitis C.
She is currently working hard to promote her new album, and that combined with her ongoing chemotherapy treatments is said to be the cause of her hospitalization.
Cole, 58, has postponed all of her October performances and will be returning to her home to recover.
Cole was diagnosed with hepatitis C a number of years ago, after it was found during a routine physical exam.
Hepatitis C is a liver disease that is spread from person to person via infected blood.
