New Mother Jamie Lynn Spears is rumored to have sent a gift basket to un-married, 17 year old pregnant Bristol Palin, who just happens to be the daughter of GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.
The gift is rumored to have cost under 100, and was purchased via credit card over the phone, according to a source from a Beverly Hills baby store called Petit Tresor.
According to a source, the gift consisted of pink baby clothes, amongst other girly items.
“It was ordered by phone, and they asked what could be done for under $100. They spent $60 on pink burpcloths,” a source told CelebTV.com.
The Spears family is denying all claims that a gift was sent to the young mother to be, however the store clerk who took the order, insists that it is for real.
“She wanted it in pink. I’m assuming the two have spoken, and she knows it’s a girl,” said the clerk.
