HollyWood - Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus is selling tickets to her own 16th birthday party for $250 a pop.

The party will take place at Disney Land, with tickets for the event going on sale on August 30th.

“It’s gonna be an awesome party with more than 7 things I like,” Cyrus told ET. “It’s gonna be totally awesome. I hope it’s a great time.”

The party will feature fireworks, Miley singing songs, and other “cool” stuff that Miley likes.

Partial proceeds from the party will go to benefiting Youth Service America.

“I only turn 16 once, so it’s going to be an awesome party with my favorite rides, hanging out with friends, fireworks and more,” the Disney Channel star said in a statement. “I’ll even get to sing a couple songs.”

My sister-in-law purchased tickets for me and my daughter. Disney now says she has to pick up the tickets and hand them over to us. We live in ND. The website said not transferrable for a commercial purpose. Commercial defined in the dictionary says from the point of view of profit. Having profit as the primary aim. This is family. We have $3,079 into this vacation and no guarantees to get in the party with which our vacation is centered around. Totally disgusted in ND and feel that Disney has been negligent, breached their contract, made false representations. What can I do?
