After claiming that she would not talk about the late Heath Ledger, Mary-Kate Olsen is now saying that she knows nothing that could explain his fatal overdose back in January of this year.
Ledger was found by his housekeeper and a massage therapist dead on his bed in his New York apartment, and after a lengthy investigation it was determined that he died from an accidental overdose of sleeping pills and other forms of medication.
Throughout the investigation Olsen has kept quiet about the situation despite being pressed by investigators to open up where her late friend is concerned.
Authorities find it very odd that upon hearing of Ledger’s death, Olsen’s first call on her telephone was not to police, but to her own bodyguards.
Authorities have reportedly requested and been granted a subpoena that would mandate Olsen to come clean regarding Ledger, if the time comes for that to happen.
She has requested full immunity from prosecution regarding the Ledger case, a fact that is unlikely to transpire.
