Toyota Testing Winglet Scooter In Japan

It is being reported that Toyota is testing a new motorized standup Segway look alike called the Winglet.
According to officials with Toyota, the Winglet is easy to use and even the elderly can use it effectively for zipping about.
For now, testing of the little hummer will be only performed in Japan, as the company tries to work out its kinks before going global with their little critter.
The vehicle will not cause any horrific crashes, as its top speed is under 4MPH. It can be operated for up to 3 hours before needing to be charged.
The company hopes that the elderly will be very impressed with the Winglet, and will be mainly catoring to this age demographic.
