Eating a lot of foods containing soy may be bad for a man’s sperm count, meaning his level of fertility is low.

This news is published in the journal Human Reproduction, and says that the more soy foods men eat, the less semen they produce and the poorer their sperm is.

The study featured 99 men, whose diets were analyzed by researchers.

The men were split up into groups depending on the amount of soy they ate as part of their diet.

Men who ate soy foods every other day were found to have very poor quality of sperm compared to men who ate no soy as part of their diet.

Upon the study’s release, the Soyfoods Association of North America released their own statement denying the findings of the study to be accurate.

Okay, this study is absolutely ludicrous.

#1: Other factors such as other foods, medications, supplements, medical conditions, sexual activities, and environmental factors were NOT taken into concern with this study.

Alcohol and dairy are known factors to manipulate hormones! Dairy especially, since people are directly consuming hormones from lactating cows.

Before everyone jumps on soy’s back, maybe they should take a look at the milk they’re drinking??

Not to mention their hormone and antibiotic laden meats.
