American Idol winner David Cook now has three songs in the top ten on the iTunes chart as well as a possible friendship with season two contestant Kimberly Caldwell.
Cook was a surprise winner to many fans in America who pegged the 17 year old david Archuleta as the next winner.
In order his three songs to dominate the charts so far are: “The Time of My Life” at No. one, “Dream Big” at No. seven and his cover of U2’s “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” at No. ten.
Earlier this week while being interviewed on “Live With Regis and Kelly” Cook confirmed the fact that he went on a date with Caldwell and may go on another one soon.
Archuleta, who received more than 12 million fewer votes than Cook, has stated that he will be launching his own music career in the near future.
