Sources Blame Joe Simpson For Jessica Tony Split

Rumor has it that Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo dumped singer Jessica Simpson because her father was becoming to involved in their relationship.
Joe Simpson has been fingered as one of the main causes for the end of Jessica’s marriage to 98 Degrees frontman Nick Lachey, and now his incessant interfeering is being blamed as the cause for Jessica’s punt into touch.
Tony reportedly stated that he got tired of Joe telling Jessica what to do and tired of him interfeering with his own football career.
According to a source near to Romo, he stated that his romantic involvement with Jessica was causing problems with his football career.
Despite all the rumors, neither Jess or Tony have confirmed that the two are actually split. He is set to accompany her this weekend to her sister’s wedding.
