The son of wrestler Hulk Hogan, Nick Bollea will not be fighting reckless driving charges and could spend up to 5 years in prison if a judge says so.

A judge will decide the fate of the 17 year old today. He was arrested back in November after causing a massive accident.

He was subsequently charged with felony reckless driving that caused a serious bodily injury after spinning out while street racing in his dad’s 1998 Toyota Supra.

The crash resulted in Nick’s friend John Graziano sustaining injuries that have resulted in him now needing lifetime medical care.

At the hearing schedualed for today Graziano’s family plans to testify.

He will most likely be sent to prison, or receive a lengthy probation sentence.
